Made entirely in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme cutlery in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery. Behind each knife, there is the artisanal work of a skilled craftsman trained in traditional and artisanal methods.
MATERIALS:
– X50CrMoV15 steel (0.50 carbon, which gives the blade an excellent cutting edge and a clean cut, 0.15 of chromium and 1% molybdenum and vanadium, which gives flexibility to the blade allowing for easy re-resharpening.
– Brass bolster gives weight to the knife offering an excellent balance and grip.
